Paramahansa Yogananda was a great spiritual teacher who lived in the early part of the 20th century and started the Self Realization Fellowship, a ‘church of all religions’ for all truth seeking souls. His seminal work, “Autobiography of a Yogi” is a spiritual classic. It had a huge impact on me at a time of need and what I learned from it has helped me greatly through the years. Incidentally, it was a favorite of former Beatle George Harrison, who handed out copies of the Autobiography to various people he encountered.
